Section 1 growers that at least 75% of the 'allotment established for their ’ farm should be planted in order to maintain their present history acreage. If cotton is planted and was a failure, this should be re ported to the performance re porter at the time he visits the farm for measuring purposes. At least 5% of the tobacco farms in the county will be checked by ASC Tobacco Varie ty Identification Specialists to identify the tobacco as to accept able or discount variety. Farmers should be sure the plants that they are setting out are acceptable varieties. During measuring time when a farm is visited each grower will be askqd to certify as to Whether any discounted varieties are being grown.
