The Commissioners informed Mr. Hall that the property in question had been investigated and that it was in line with simi lar property and, further, that they, as a board of equalization and review, had adjourned per manently for the year and for that reason no action could be taken. However, Mr. Hall maintained that the valuations were too high and that he has been losing money. He said he was willing to pay current taxes, providing the Commissioners would lower the valuation and refund him the excess taxes. He said he had been advised by his attorney that he was en titled to relief and that he felt sure the court would uphold his request.
