One day recently, after i having had a very busy moral-1 Ini at home, I found myself feeling headachy and ver>’| weary and a little discouraged. Fortunately, I had promised to run an errand for a friend, which made me go out for a short time. When I returned I had lost my headache and weary feeling. My whole outlook had thanged and I was ready to work again. I know that most jfyomen have these moments—so, ■if. you do, put on your coat, take a short walk around the block,' or'' visit a nearby f..iend or" 1 neighbor—it helps! -,? ’ !
