Superior Court Jury Frees Roscoe In .Add Case A Superior Court jury Tuesday found Linhart Ros coe, 208 North Oakum Street, not guilty of throw ing acid in the face of Joe Outlaw. Outlaw had contended that Roscoe threw the sub stance in his face on Decem ber 3. The state had charg ed the defendant with as sault with a deadly weapon. Outlaw, 64-year-old Ne ?riJ, testified Roscoe was in the darkened kitchen of the home they shared on Oakum Street and as he came down the steps threw the "water” n his face. Two physicians testified that they treated Outlow for an eye injury. However, neither could testify as to the substance used to cause the injury. Girl Scout Nevus On Thursday, March 24 Girl Scout Troop 719 met. Joan Lewis called the meet ing to order. We said the pledge of allegiance to the flag and the Girl Scout flag. Then we took a quiz.
