Clarence Leary, second ed by C. M. Evans and duly carried that bonds be paid in the amount of $21,700.00. A letter was read from James C. Dail, executive vice president of Edenton Savings A Loan Associa tion asking consideration be given when county in vests additional funds. Af ter a lengthy discussion in cluding deposits in Peoples Bank A Trust Company and First National, the matter was tabled for fur ther study. A discussion was held on joining the Town of Eden ton in securing a building, electrical and plumbing guards, color-keyed floor mats front and rear, bumper guards front and rear on coupes and sedans, front bumper guards on wagons). PACKAGE NUMBER 1 HAS: The big Chevrolet 327-cubic-inch 275- horsepower V 8 engine plus Powerglide Automatic Transmission. PACKAGE NUMBER 2 HAS: Power steering and power brakes. Also Sheriff be relieved of 1967 taxes for Joe Lee, poll tax, $2.00; Walker Realty Corp., house located at Arrow head Beach, house moved to Camden County, amount of tax, $44.32. On motion of J. Clarence Leary, seconded by C. J. HoUowell and duly carried charging pickup taxes of $102.71 to Sheriff. Commissioners instructed Chairman W. E. Bond and Attorney John W. Graham to take eviction proceed in g s against Haughton Ehringhaus if he did not move his property out of Hotel Joseph Hewes build ing by April 1, 1968.
