Knox, who celebrated their golden wedding anniversary Sun- JIM BLOUNT Blount Joins Local Pharmacy Jim Blount, a, native of - City, has become associated with Hollowell’s Rexall Drug Store. He is a registered pharm acist and graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Pharm acy in 1966. He has been pharmacist with Pitt Coun ty Memorial Hospital in Greenville since 1966. Blount is a member of the N. C. and American Pharmaceutical Associa tions and a member of the Academy of Preceptors for the training of pharmacy interns. He is married to the for mer Sally Linebarger. Mrs. Blount will be associated with the Edenton - Chowan Schools as a junior high teacher. A Red Cross swimming class will be taught June 16 through June 27 at Sandy Point Beach. The classes will be held from 10 A. M. to 11 A. M. and classes in junior and senior life saving will be from 11 A. M. to 12 noon. James C. Dail is recreation com missioner. Edenton will have a branch of Coble Dairy pro ducts. The dairy will offer a complete line of milk, ice cream and dairy foods. Planetarium Exhibits Open Three large walk-in “vis itor participation” Space Science exhibits now oc cupy almost the entire first .floor . public area at the Morehead Planetarium in iChapel Hill. They are: “Neighbors" which relates to the Solar System; “Sun-Earth" which demonstrates Earth’s rela tionship to its parent Star, and “Apollo Mission” which demonstrates man’s round trip journey to the Moon. All may now be seen, along with many other science exhibits following every 50-minutes “Life on the Moon” presentation in the Morehead Planetarium on the University of North Carolina campus at Chapel Hill IB CHOWAN HERALD.
