Mrs. E. J. Pruden, Sr., aid Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Cobb attended the Cobb reunion Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Hill of Littleton. Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Bailey of Hampton, Va., spent a week with Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Smlthwick, al so Mr. and Mrs. Bob House and Lynn of Har rellsville visited them dur ing the holidays. Mrs. Ethel Winborne and A. E. Bowen, Sr., spent Christmas day in Portsmouth, Va., with Mr. and Mrs. Brinson Early and were guests on Fri day of Mr. and Mrs. George Purifoy and Mr. and Mrs. James Willis of Morehead City. Mr. and Mrs. Owen Bar field and children, Mari lyn, Marsha and Randy, spent the holidays with Mr. and Mrs. Noah Small of LaGrange. Mr. and Mrs. Donnie Smithwick and children of Yorktown, Va., were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Layton over the holidays.
