COLL 11 ofl oftcugfa to oflemembei By MARVIN BARHAM The story is told of a new and rather awkward statesman who was having tea with a lady. As fate would have it, the awkward man broke a beautiful cup. Before the poor fellow could frame an apology, its mate met with an accident in the hands of the hostess, and she turned to the servant with the quiet order: “Never put these cups out again, they are too brittle for use.” She considered the sacrifice of the costly cup nothing in comparison with the embarrass ment of her guest. There are still people in the world who consider people's feelings. These are the truly great—the ones who make life a joy for all around them. Ar * people who are considerate of the feelings of others are the true salt of the earth. OUR THOUGHT TO REMEMBER: Think often of others—you’ll find new joy and contentment.
