Hertford Church Site Os Meeting Pi Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society held its meeting at the Methodist Church in Hertford February 7. The Perquimans County teachers were hostesses. Mrs. Mary Credle White gave the devotional and led in prayer. The business session con cluded, the members went to the dining room for a lunch eon. Mrs. Essie Westcott gave the invocation. Addie Lee Meador spoke on “A Comparison of Our Value Pattern With Those of Other Countries Southeast Asia,” giving a geographical, indus trial, religious and cultural background of Asia. Since World War II so many of these small undeveloped countries have learned of the changes taking place in the world today. How to make a comparison of our values is the great question. The values each hold have grown out of the conditions of our societies. With modern mode of travel and communications our 'Values~lvni mingle and from this will grow the values of the world.
