GIRL SCOUT NEWS By Dianne Yates, Scribe Tuesday, February 17 the Girl Scouts met at Edenton Baptist ‘Church. Mrs. John A. Mitchener 111 came and talked to Mrs. Stutzman and Mrs. Dale’s group together. Mrs. Mitchener talked to us in Vietnamese. She told us how they dressed in Vietnam Bnd how they fix their hair and other things. We all en joyed it and we want to thank Mrs. Mitchener for coming. Bishop Behash To Visit Here Rt. Rev. Hunley Agee Ele bash, bishop-coadjutor of the Episcopal Diocese of East Ca rolina, will be at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Sunday for his annual visitation and con firmation. Bishop Elebash, who before his election was executive secretary of the Diocese, was also rector of Saint John’s Church in Wilmington. Prior to that time he was in Jack sonville, Fla. A native of Pensacola, Fla., he is married to the former Maurine Ashton and they have two children. He received both his B.S. and B.D. from the Univer sity of the South, Sewanee, Tenn. The congregation hopes to occupy its recently decorated church for the occasion. Fol lowing services a reception is planned to honor the new ly-confirmed members. All acolytes and choir members are urged to parti cipate and be vested by 10:30. Lenten services at St. Paul's continue with Bible study each Tuesday with lunch at IP. M. Air Force and plans to open a photo shop and photo graphy studio in Edenton. Jones last week returned from a tour of duty at An derson Air Force Base on Guam. He worked in photography in the Air Force and plans to continue his studies while operating the new husineM here.
