Mrs. Charles Hassell, hos tess of the party, presented her husband and his mother a gigantic birthday cake deco rated with red roses on one end and a scene of a man fishing in a pond on the other end. Gifts were open ed and cake, peanuts, mints and punch was served to all the guests.
