J. Hugh Rich, who became president of the SIOO-*million statewide banking system late last year, revealed that net operating earnings climbed from $181,525 the first three months of 1969 to $283,975 this year. “On a per-share basis the earnings climbed from 30 cents during the first quar ter of 1069 to 46 cents for the quarter just ended,” he noted.
