« owwah mama, bwhw, north coouna f BROAD STREET BULLETIN... It’s you, Lord, that I think about so much, Os all your blessings sent to me Guided by Your touch. t I’m thankful, Lord, for two fine sons, £ And a husband good as gold. ( I can’t begin to count my blessings That will come to me, I’m told, r If I place my hand in yours, More blessings will unfold, God. My friend and neighbor, airs- Ida Mae Roberson, brought this poem to me. It 4 so pretty, so I’m sharing it with you. It’s from the writ ings of Helen Parries. | Thought Os You aad Said A Little Prayer TTiis morning when I awak ( ened And saw the sun above, I< softly said: "Good morning. Lord, bless everyone I love." Right away I thought of you And said a little prayer That He would bless you specially And keep you free from care. ■ lythought of all the happiness A day could hold in store And wished it all for you be cause No one deserves it more. i •( ‘ I-felt so warm and good in side. My heart was all aglow— I know God heard my prayer for you— He hears them all, you know! I People are so kind to me ] and it’s such a glorious feel- : ing to have such friends. I’m t so blessed! i I missed the school child- ; ren already. It’s just too \ Moo-ving Story Milk is on the move—trav- ' eling more miles than ever to reach dinner tables. At times a Florida family may pour fresh milk that came from Minnesota, or a Southerner may sip Midwest milk, says the Department of Agricul ture’s Consumer and Mar- 1 keting Service. Bulk tank trucks move milk more easily to processing plants than milk cans. Im- < proved highways and ad- { vances in refrigerated trans portation have made long trips for fresh milk possible. ( What does it all mean to 1 housewrees? That'-foey can * count on a steady supply of fresh milk, even if there’s not s a cow for miles around. a a colorful, new floor W (Armstrong Vinyl Corlon* ||L ' Arlmonl Coronelle . the drama of the i Mediterranean comes to your home with this Moorish tile design in deep, rich tones-another colorful, new floor idea from Armstrong, the name that stands lor beautiful, easy-care floors' ■jffiaiSSjKiiiaKr Costs lass than you think-ask us for a free astimala Arlmont I loot design copyrighted by Armstrong UJ.Jißasnkjlit § Go. , .MosfcleJVbrtft Catvfina , quiet here? * ' t 1 received a very protty t card from my friend, Edna ■ Barnhill cf Winston-Salem.
