This is really true. I’ve tested it. Try it. It works! I’m recuperating slowly but surely. No one will let me be Negative, so the positive side will surely win. There's so many wonderful tiling, happening to me these days that I can hardly con tain myself. Visits from friends far and near, with the best of conversations and communication. Two .friends in. : particular, Kristen and Tommy Kehavea, who find time in their busy lives to come visit me, showing me the miracle of the love of God. Scon they'll be return ing 'to Alaska, where Tommy will serve in the Episcopal Parish for another year. They arc truly an inspiration to many. Someone very special in our town will soon re-marry. We all love her and wish her much happiness. Miss Lena Jones, who is < everyone’s favorite, and 'Miss Ruby 'Felts are on their way abroad once more. They travel by ship this time and will embark at Southampton, 1 England and from there they will be traveling in 10 cour.- 1 tries. My visit to the Chowan ■Hospital last week was pain ful at times, but attentive care from all the nurses, I came out feeling much bet ter. Edenton folk should be proud and happy to have such a fine staff of doctors and nurses. No recipes, but a few hints: Musty clothes closet odors can be removed by placing an 1 open container of household ammonia in a pan of wafer and leaving it in the closet j, over night. To get the smell of varnish or paint out of a dish cab-' inet, leave a sliced onion over night. A cheap chipboard is ideal' for cleaning fish.
