Albritton-Katkaveck Vows Deborah Ann Albritton and 'Stephan ' Paul i Katkaveck were united in marriage at three o’clock, Sunday in The First Christian Church of Farm ville. Rev. Arthur W. Winstead officiated at the ceremony. The bride, given in marriage by ho- father, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.H. Albritton, Jr., of Hookerton. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo F: Katkaveck, Sr., of Edenton. The bride wore a formal gown of white satin and re embroidered Alencon lace. The gown was fashioned with a Colonial neckline, natural waist, and long fitted sleeves. The bodice was elegantly adorned with re-embroidered Alencon lace and seed pearls. Hie full skirt which was enhanced with Alencon lace v appliques, extended gracefully into an attached chapel length train com pletely bordered with re embroidere Alencon lace. •. The bride chose a chapel length mantilla of imported illusion boardered with re embroidered Alencon lace which fell qoftly from a camelot cap of matching lace. Miss Dohna Albritton, sister of the bride was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Beth Katkaveck, sister of the groom; Mrs. Charles Albritton, sister-in-law of the bride; Mrs. F.H. Shackelford, Jr., Miss Jeanette Griffin, and Miss Nancy' Nash. Mr. Katkaveck, father of the groom, was the best man. Ushers were Leo F. Katkaveck, Jr., brother of the groom; Charles Albritton, brother of the bride; John Horne, Bob Harding, and Jeff Stocks. Miss Donna McLamb of Kinston was soloist atj the wedding. A bridesmaids luncheon was held Saturday at The Colonial House in Farmville hosted be Mrs. W.H. Weatherford, Mrs. H.T. Herring, and Mrs. T.E. Johnson. Immediately following the ceremony, the bride’s parents entertained at a reception in the fellowship hall of the church. After a wedding trip to New Orleans, La. the couple will reside in Burlington. The bride is a graduate of Meredith College. The bridegroom is a graduate of N.C. State University and is employed by Cone Mills. The parents of the bridegroom entertained the bridal party and close relatives and friends at a dinner on Saturday night following the rehearsal at the Candlewick Inn in Greenville.
