ENDORSING STATE BOND ISSUES AND AMEND
MENTS—TeIevision personality Arthur Smith is shown in
the studio as he video-taped his strong endorsement of. the
State Water-Sewer Bonds, the State Highway Bonds, and all
five of the State Constitutional Amendments that are on the
ballot in the November 8 election. Smith is a member of the
State Committee For The Right To Reject Or Re-Elect, and
gave his television approval to all seven items on the state
ballot as his personal public service contribution to the
Committee and the State, for which no charge was made.
The picture of Smith was taken by Hugh Morton, chairman
of the Committee For The Right To Reject Or Re-Elect,
which is sponsoring the airing of the endorsement on 16
stations.
