He reminded everyone of Prayer Service each Wecbesday Evening at 6:30 P.M. and choir practice following immediately afterwards at 7:30 P.M. Hie choir is very grateful to have Hilda Wisner as assistant choir director during Bonnie’s days of not feeling too well. The Guild will meet Thursday at 11 A.M. Continued from last week What are the Association’s Duties and Responsibilities? The Duties and Responsibilities can be found in the Agreement of Transfer, the Assignment and the Quit Claim Deed. The Duties and Responsibilities listed are: A. To accept conveyance of properties at Arrowhead Beach and to assume all management and main tenance functions. B. To undertake collection of assessments levied pursuant to paragraph 11 and 13 of the Declaration of Restrictions recorded against the plats at Arrowhead Beach, agreeing to use said funds soley for the purposes set forth in said Declaration of Restrictions, including improvement, maintenance and con struction of facilities devoted to the common use and £ftj@yment of the ovmers. payment of taxes, and insurance thereon and repair, replacement and additions thereto, and for the cost of labor, equipment, materials, management, and supervision thereof. C. To provide periodic accountings covering collections and expenditures from said maintenance fund to owners of properties at Arrowhead Beach, which accounting shall be provided not less than once per fiscal year. D.
