The madcap antics of the three thieves hilarilously portrayed by Hugh Dial, Frank Roberts and Jason Weeks (who later falls in love with the lady’s niece Wendy Crandall) lead us through so many frantic attempts to lift the lady’s valuables that we are in stitches by the time the lord (Frank Edmunds) curls up to pout in his arm chair. The lady is delightfully portrayed by Yvonne Chilcoat. The lovers, Wendy and Jason, give a fine per formance. A second neice is portrayed by Chris Rode. Other cast members include Mark Chilcoat, Jon Baxley, Bobby Hutchison, Sambo Dixon and Mollv Lane. The lilting notes of the flutes of Hope Boyce and JoAnn Perry provide the transition music. Costuming is colorful and delightfully indicative of the period. Missy Harrell has once again lent her inimitable artisitic touch to the sets. An evening of en tertainment well worth your while is available. The Edenton Little Theatre invited your attendance at this perfomance.
