Page 8-C Busy Discussing I heard some small boys talking, One day I was passing a country shop. ' I paused for a moment to listen, And that I really wanted to stop. One boy said, I want to be a sailor, And sail on the deep blue sea. I want to work out on the deck,. And keep it clean as it can be. Another boy stepped up in the crowd, Years that are to come a farmer I’ll be. Yes I will cultivate and harvest crops, To keep this great nation strong and free. The third bright lad came to the front, Time we call some day, a preacher I’D be. I will step right up in the pulpit, And preach the gospel full and free. Yes this was quite a conversation, Between those small boys you know. Yes they were very busy discussing, The way in life they’d like to go.
