He was a retired farmer
and veteran of World War I.
He was the son of the late
John Cooper Boyce and the
late Anna Marie Boyce. He
was the husband of the late
Louise Wood Boyce.
Surviving are four sons,
Joseph C. Boyce, Jr., of
Charlotte, William A. Boyce
of Detroit, Mich., John P.
Boyce of Fayetteville, and
James A. Boyce of Gain
svifie, Ga; tiro daughters,
Mn. Pennie B. Felton of
Gwtes and Mies Sabrab
Boyce of Moultrie, Ga.; six
grandchildren and 4 great
grandchildren.
Funeral services were
held at the Williford-
Barham Funeral Home with
Rev. Dick Brewer of
ficiating. Burial followed in
Braver Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers included Guy
Hobbs, Yates Parrish,
Jimmy Parrish, Richard
Jackson, Jimmy Partin, and
W. E. Speight.
