Mr. Kelly, 70

Robert Fulton Kelly, 70,
owner and operator of
Fayetteville Ice and Fuel
Company, of 2506 Dart
mouth Dr., died Friday.
Graveside services will be
held Sunday at 2:30 P.M. at
Cross Creek Cemetery. The
Rev. Glen Holt will officiate.
Surviving are his wife,
Mrs. Isabelle G. Kelly; a
son, Robert Fulton Kelly Jr.
of Edenton; a daughter, Mrs.
Anne Burks of Fayetteville;
two sisters, Mrs. Annie Ginn
of Goldsboro and Mrs. Mary
Brown of Homestead, Fla.;
three grandchildren.
Mr. Kelly was a member
of the Creasy Proctor
Masonic Lodge No. 679, a
Shriner and a member of the
Sundan Temple.

office by dialing toll-free: 1-

Federal regulations limit
the maximum per gallon
markup a station may
charge customers for a
gallon of gasoline. The
maximum price varies from
station to station and is
dependent upon a number of
factors which include
acquisition cost of the
gasoline.
To comply with the
federal regulations, service
station operators must post
the maximum ceiling price
or prominently display a
sign certifying that they are
in compliance with the
federal regulation.

Any person who has been a resident of Chowan County for 30 days is eligible
to register and vote. He must be 18 years of age by the date of the election,
November 4, 1980. Any person who will become qualified by age or
residence to register and vote in the general election for which the primary
is held, even though not so qualified by the date of the primary, shall be
entitled to register for the primary and general election prior to the
primary and then to vote in the primary after being registered.
