Rev. Dan Sapp officiated. Dr. David Lynch of Meredith College presented a program of nuptial music at the organ. To mark the occasion, the chapel was decorated with Baker’s faro, jade, lemon leaf and eucalyptus in terspersed with stephanotis and gypsophila. The groom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kesler, Sr. of Salisbury. Rehearsals are currently underway for the February 12-13 staging at the Holmes High School auditorium. Curtain time will be 7:30 P.M. for the one-act production. Much of the excitement is due to the unusual slant of the story. This comic ver sion features audience in volvement and lots of surprises from the Fairy Godmother’s (Cindy Devine) magic. The length of the piece-slightly less than one hour makes it ideal for even the smallest child, and show time has been moved up to 7:30 to ac commodate early bedtimes.
