But this isn't an ordinary beach resort and the Ocean House is not an ordinary motel. We have Tanya's Tarheel Collection, a growing series of designer-decorated rooms, each one representing a very special facet of North Carolina history or geography. And each room in the collection is unique. Why the Tarheel Collection? We did it just for fun. And we're still doing it. Because that's what vacations are for. And because we want you to have just as much fun under our roof as you have on our ocean beach. \a I / '1 I / / //\ 1/ W\\ ___ W± l Ip SdStk W F■*" |\ N \ v 1 Ij | 1 B; ~; mmL I ••• ■ r ARTIST GLENN EURE AT WORK .... And with good reason. Inflation-minded vacationers are discovering what Kuntz has known for years. It's time to jump into a resort time sharing plan, which allows owners a certain number of weeks at a luxury condo and the option to exchange their space for vacation homes in other resorts from New England to New Zealand. Since 1975, when he pioneered time sharing as the j Marketing and Sales Director for Virginia Beach's if Colony condominium resort, Michael Kuntz has ! dreamed of developing a vacation spot on the Outer Banks. As General Manager of the Outer Banks Beach Club, he has seen his project to completion. He notes that it's only fitting that time sharing should blossom on the Outer Banks. After all, these beautiful barrier islands have been responsible for new beginnings in aviation and outdoor drama. The time has come, believes Kuntz, for a new era in vacation enjoyment. Just ask him, and he'll smile as the Club's slogan rolls from his lips, “It's about time." E. Michael Murray in METRO, The Magazine zL, . 1 ,’v I of Southeastern Virginia Thursday, June A, m»
