will be made within thirty (30) days
after completion and acceptance of

No bid may be withdrawn after
the scheduled closing time for
receipt of bids for a period of sixty
four (64) days.
Bids received after the hour
named above will not be con
sidered.
The Owner reserves the right to
reject any or all bids and to waive
