Ji JUNE 30 SESSION: I Larry Albritton,' guilty, 'Worthless check, sentenced to 20 days suspended with 12 months' supervised probation, fined $50 plus court- costs, or dered to pay $197.50 restitu tion. Albritton may be trans ferred to unsupervised proba tion upon payment in full of all sums due. James Rudolph Allen, guilty, improper equipment, assessed court costs and given 20 days to comply. James Newell Baker, second degree trespass and communi cating threats, prayer for judg ment continued upon payment of court cost on one charge, and Baker was ordered not to have any contact with witness/ complaintant. Probable capse was found in the case of Cleveland Boston, charged with common law rob bery, and the case was trans ferred to Superior Court. Voluntary dismissal was granted in the case of Phyllis F. Collingwood, charged with us ing expired registration. Franklin E. Copeland, guilty, using expired registration, sen tenced to 20 days suspended with 12 months' unsupervised probation, fined $100 plus court costs and given 20 days to com ply. Voluntary dismissal was granted in the case of Don Earl Davis, charged with a window tinting violation. Voluntary dismissal was granted in the case of Dorothy Johnson Davis, charged with * failure to yield. ' Kelvin Gerome Drew, guilty, t two counts of second degree trespass and one count of gam bling, sentenced to 30 days sus pended with 12 months' super vised probation, ordered to complete 40 hours of commu nity service within 60 days, and not be found on premises of Edenton Manor or John A. Holmes High School or any property belonging to the ( Edenton-Chowan Schools. Drew elected to serve an ac tive 30-day sentence. Larry Noble Fain, guilty, driv ing while license revoked, sen tenced to 30 days suspended .with 12 months' unsupervised probation, fined $200 plus court costs, and ordered not to oper ate a motor vehicle until relicensed by DMV. A Governor's warrant was issued for the extradition of Archie Allen Felton, and the court ordered that he be taken into custody. voluntary dismissal was granted in the case of Chester A. Forrester, charged with fail ure to reduce speed. Roshawn Jamar Gibson, guilty, second degree trespass, sentenced to 15 days suspended with 12 months' supervised pro bation, credit given for 11 days served while awaiting trial, ordered to remit supervision fees, obey all regular condi tions of probation, obey cur few at direction of probation officer, complete GED, and not go upon premises of Red Apple. Voluntary dismissal was granted in the case of Brandon Neal Griffin, charged with us ing expired registration. Nikki Lynette Hall, guilty, unsafe movement, ordered to pay $150 in attorney's fees, and court costs. Sean Roshala Hill, guilty, speeding 34 in a 25 mph zone and having no operator's li cense, sentenced to 20 days suspended with 12 months' un supervised probation, fined $100 plus court costs, given credit for four days served while awaiting trial,.and or dered to pay all sums due within 20 days. Torrey Anton Holley, guilty, failure to disperse on command' and resisting arrest, sentenced to 30 days suspended with 12 months' supervised probation, assessed court costs, ordered to complete 48 hours of com munity service at the direction of probation officer, obey all school rules and regulations, maintain passing grades, and obey curfew at direction of pro bation officer. Supervision fee remitted. Donald Roosevelt Jordan, guilty, reckless driving, sen tenced to 30 days suspended with 12 months' unsupervised probation, fined $200 plus court costs, ordered to serve active 48-hour sentence. David Mozell Lassiter pleaded not guilty, but was found guilty, of assault on a female. Lassiter received a prayer for judgment continued upon payment of court costs, and was ordered to abide by all terms as set forth in Domestic Violence Order. Voluntary dismissal was granted in the case of John Edward Parker, charged with having no operator's license. Eddie Bernice Penny, guilty, reckless driving, sentenced to 20 days suspended with 12 months' unsupervised proba tion, fined $400 plus court costs, ordered to complete any treat ment plan as recommended by Albemarle Mental Health. Voluntary dismissal was granted on charges of failure to wear a seat belt and driving while license revoked. Joseph C. Privott, three counts of issuing worthless checks, judgment continued for 12 months, defendant or dered to pay restitution in each case and abide by all present terms of probation; pay at direction of probation officer. Voluntary dismissal was granted in the case of Orian Lorenzo Riddick, charged with using fictitious or can celled registration and operat ing a motor vehicle without in surance. William E. Smithwick, guilty, misdemeanor larceny, sen tenced to 30 days suspended with 18 months' supervised pro bation, ordered to pay $250 res titution, report to Albemarle Mental Health and comply with all recommended treatment, including placement; obey all rules and regulations, and re mit supervision fees. Smith wick also pled guilty to misde meanor breaking and entering. He received the same judg ment and Same conditions, which were scheduled to run at expiration of previous case. Voluntary dismissal was granted on a second count of breaking and entering. Sean A. Stallings, guilty, second degree trespass and resisting arrest, ordered to serve active 20 day term with credit given for 11 days served while awaiting trial. Clifton Darrell Tasker, guilty, first degree trespass, assault on a female and re sisting arrest, sentenced to an active term of 75 days; or der stayed upon condition that Tasker comply with ADETS Program, a condition of cur rent probation. He was ordered to leave the State of North Caro lina as soon as he completes the ADETS FTogram, and not re turn without the court's per mission.
