Most recently, he served as general manager of the Grays Harbor (Aber deen, WA) Gulls of the West ern Baseball League, an inde pendent pro circuit. Brown has also worked with the Erie Sail ors (Frontier League), San Ber nardino Spirit (California League), plus a nine-year stint with the Rochester Red Wings of thq International League. He has also worked with the Roch ester Raging Rhinos, a profes sional soccer team. Browm recently arrived in Asheboro and has already be gun the team’s operation.
