Voluntary dis !«£*> missal was granted on a charge of second degree trespass. Deon C. Copeland, guilty, assault on a female and first degree tres pass, sentenced to 75 day active sentence, given credit for 14 days spent in jail while awaiting trial. Copeland also pleaded guilty to attempted misdemeanor breaking and entering, an additional count of first degree trespass, and resist ing arrest. He was sentenced to an active 45 day term to run at expira tion of previous sentence. Credit was given for 14 days spent in jail awaiting trial. Voluntary dis missal was granted on a related charge of resisting arrest. Anton Lamont Flemming, guilty, resisting arrest, sentenced to 30 days suspended with 12 months’ unsupervised probation, ordered to pay court costs, not vio late any laws, complete 24 hours of community service within 60 days, and pay fee. . Steven Dail Forehand, guilty, possession of marijuana and pos session of drug paraphernalia, sen tenced to 45 days suspended with 23 months’ intensive supervised probation, ordered to pay court costs, complete active 5 day term, attend not less than one AA meet ing every week and complete treat ment program with Albemarle Mental Health. Alonzo Ramone Hall, guilty, im proper loading/covering vehicle, assessed court costs; leaving scene of accident with property damage, prayer for judgment continued granted upon completion of 30 hours of community service with Sheriffs Dept. Reparation Pro gram. Voluntary dismissal was granted in the case of Troy Holley, charged with simple assault. Stacey L. Holley, guilty, disor derly conduct, sentenced to 30 days suspended with 12 months’ unsu pervised probation, ordered to pay court costs, not violate any laws, complete 10 hours of community service within 30 days and pay fee, pay all sums due by Nov. 19. Vol untary dismissal was granted on a charge of resisting arrest. Bruce Levine Jordan, guilty, speeding 64 in a 55 mph zone, fined $10 plus court costs, ordered to pay by Nov. 12. Walter Allen Norman waived a probable cause hearing on mul tiple counts of breaking and enter ing, larceny, possession of stolen goods, and attempted breaking and entering, and the case was trans ferred to Superior Court.
