Miss White is a 1991 graduate of
Perquimans County High School.

The bride is the daughter of Mi

The bridegroom is the son of Mr
and Mrs. Larry Smith of Edenton
His grandmother is Mrs. Adriei
Smith of Edenton.
The historic Bath church wa:
decorated with flowers am
candles. The altar vases were fillet
with purple iris, Casablanca lilies
large lavender roses, freesia, dai
sies, dendrobium orchid spayrs
and accented with Italian ruscus
The spacious,windows held large
arrangements of native greenery
including magnolia, boxwood and
pittisporum. Pew markers of white
daisies and baby’s breath graced
the pews.
The bride was given in marriage
by her father, family and friends.
She wore a dress with a Basque
waist, flower brocade bodice and
portrait neckline. Tulle covered
the satin skirt with flower and bead
applique, and a chapel-length
train. Her headpiece was a beaded
crown with an elbow-length veil.
She carried a formal cascade of
purple iris, Casablanca lilies and
white roses, tied with chiffon
streamers.
Jenny Wester, sister-in-law of
the bride, served as the matron of
honor. She wore a floor-length lav
ender dress of satin with chiffon
overlay, an empire waist with a
floral embroidered bodice. She car
ried a bountiful hand-tied bouquet
of large lavender roses and white
monte casino, enhanced with chif
fon ribbon.
Sumerlyn Richardson, friend of
the bride, served as maid of honor.
The bridesmaids were Amber Tho
mas of Plymouth and Ruth Clark
