Born in Chowan County, NC on January 4, 1943, Mr. Williams was th son of the late Raymond Oc tavius Williams and Mrs. Gladys Phelps Williams Outlaw. He was a Power Plant Superintendent at Weyerhaeuser with 31 years of service, past master and member of Masonic Providence Lodge #678 of Columbia and member of Roper Baptist Church, Roper, NC. Surviving is his wife of 56 years, Janie Simpson Williams; two sons, Raymond Williams, Jr. and wife, Stephanie and Stephen Williams and wife, Jill; and daughter Chena Williams Cayton and hus band, John; grandchildren, Ryan Williams, Dana Williams, Jansyn Williams, Devin Cayton, Sarah Williams and Johnathan Williams; brother, James Robert (Bobby) Williams and wife, Joyce; and step-sister, Barbara Cruz and husband, Victor. She was born Au gust 13, 1926 in Rocky Mount, NC. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Dennis Bunyan Andrews and Lessie Webb Andrews; her brother, D. Rob ert (Bob) Andrews and his son, Dennis R. An drews, Jr. She is survived by her sister, Peggy Andrews M. Herrman (Wayne) of Lake Gaston, NC. Three daughters, Elizabeth B. Willis (Thomas) of Hampstead, NC, Miriam B. Hunt (Rhett) of Carolina Beach, NC and Anne B. Dale (Worth) of Edenton, NC. Her beloved grand children, Jennifer G. Hartnett (Micheal), T. Clay ton Willis H (Kimberly), Rachel Willis, Harris Hunt, WH1 Hunt (Sallie), Josh Hunt, West Dale (Kaitlyn), Sarah C. Webster (Drew). Betty Bissette was very involved in many Civ ic and Charitable Organizations all her life. Her philosophy was to always give back to those she could. She was a devoted Episcopalian. Yoder EDENTON - Frances Diane “Fran” Casey Fer- raraccio Yoder, 73, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, in her home. Mrs. Yoder was born in Auburn, New York, on November 2, 1943, and was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Doris DeLano Casey. She received her educa tion at Mt. Carmel High School, Auburn Com munity CoHege, and Cortland State Teach er’s CoHege, before be coming a Second Grade teacher at Sacred Heart School in Auburn. While living in Auburn, she had been a mem ber of the Jay-N-Cees, the Lincoln School PTA, and served on numerous community projects. After moving to Edenton in 1985, she became a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxilia ry where she served as an officer and chairperson of several committees, had served as the Chowan Court Watch Program chairperson, and President of Community Policing. A faithful member of St. Anne Catholic Church, she had served as a Lector, Eucharistic Minister, Lay-Presider, Greeter, and Youth Lector Mentor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy Casey, formerly of Au burn; and by her husbands, Joseph Ferraraccio and KeHy Yoder. Surviving are two sons, Joseph Casey Ferrarac cio (Kelly) of Auburn, and Brian Michael Ferrarac cio (Lisa) of Edenton; a sister, Patricia Casey Van- derloo of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; a brother, Larry Casey of Phelps, NY; six grandcluldren, Cory, Mor gan, McKenzee, and Joseph Ferraraccio of Auburn, and Megan and KeHi Ferraraccio of Edenton; and a great-grandson, Cameron Jace Coston. Along with her husband and parents, Artie was preceded in death by two brothers, Lt. Col. Ed Bass and Leonard “Poss” Bass.
