Ih connection with the state-wide celebration of International Golden Rnle Sunday on December 7. which is being arranged through state and county committee# of the Near East Relief. It le announced that special 1 radio programs are being arranged for that day by ?11 the broadcasting stations in the I'n'ted States. Practically every regular Sunday program w.li be devoted to the observance of this day. with apr*vP"l-?*'' music and sermons, and ?e*4-ru! statins which are or f MAJ. GEN. JAMES O. HARBORD dlnarily silent on Sunday will broadcast special Golden Kale Day programs. It Is stated that 200 clergymen. the most prominent pulpit orators in America, will preach radio sermons for these invisible audiences, using the Golden Rule as their text. Arrangements for the Golden Rule X)ay broadcasting are being made with the co-operation of General James Q. Harbord, president of the Radio Corporation of America, who is one of the national Hoard of Trustees of Near East Relief. It Is interesting to recall the Inception of this Golden Rule Day idea, which has received enthusiastic endorsement from President Coolidge j and the rulers of many European coun^ tries.
