Scaled bids will be received up and
until non of December 8th, 1924,
for grading and construction of the
public road from Murphy to the Murphy
township line, which is a part of
the Murphy-Notla and Shoal Creek
townships road, according to the surveys.
plans and specifications of the
State. Highway Commission. Bids
should set forth unit prices, or they
may be made for the work as a whole,
including drains, culverts and the
small bridges. A certified check of
$500 should accompany bids, as an
evidence of good faith. The Commission
reserves the right to reject
any and all bids.
Bids should be addressed to Cherokee
County Rooad Commission, Murphy,
N. C. This Nov. 20th, 1924.
