HAMPTON REUNION
A very pleasant occasion on Aug.
22nd was the reunion of the children
of Mr. Geo. W. Hampton which was
held at the home of the eldest daughter,
Mrs. W. B. Johnson, two miles
above Murphy. Besides the nine
children of Mr. Hampton, his two
brothers, Mr. Will Hampton, of
Young Harris. Ga., and Mr. J. Y.
Hampton, of Murphy and sister Mrs.
Kate McAbes, of Murphy, were also
present.
More than seventy relatives and
friends enjoyed the bountiful picnic
