"We wouldn't advise anyone not. familiar with muddy roads to use the new grade now for a pleasure trip. But we found three crews in the twenty-four miles on the new grade who were scraping the road, and in possibly a week or two weeks it will 1m* in nice shape, and North Caiolina intends to maintain it. \t .
