Missionary Society jj Has Quilting Party 0 One of the m^st delightful af- ^ fairs of the summer was an Old j Quilting party given by the Metho- ^ uist Missionary Society, Circles 2, 3 and 4 on August 2nd, at the home of Miss Mary Beal, Beal Road. At each end of the spacious vine Jjvl|red veranda we're lovely* quilt tops in frames ready for the guests 1 to begin quilting. One top was a gift a from Miss Mary Beal, the other pre- I .ented by Circle No. 3. T?hese when i completed will be donated to the Parsonage. Much excitement and enthusiasm ran thru all present ar, they t vied with each other to see which top i would be finished first. v A delicious picnc lunch was served buffet style from the dining room table.
