KING PARTY
An enjoyable event was given
May 11 by Mr. and Mrs. T. J. King
when they gave a surprise birthday
party for little Helen Foister on her
ninth birthday. Accompanied by
Mr. and Mrs. King she went for a
stroll to Dickey mountain where she
was met by a group of her little
friends. Games were then enjoyed
and a discussion on "The Beauty of
Nature" was given by Mrs. King. A
nice picnic lunch was enjoyed. The
clatter of little voices drowned out
all the voices of nature as the birthday
cake was being cut.
Those present were. Helen Green,
Bessie Ruth, Billie Jean and Jack
Evans, Helen and Junior Gregory.
Alma Anderson, Arzila Glonts, Helen
Rich, Mrs. Myrtle Evans and Mrs.
Viola Foister.
Rev. and Mrs. R. J. Starling was a
visitor of Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Kilpatrick
Tuesday afternoon.
Mrs. F. A. Baity and children were
all day visitors of Mrs. C. A. Kilpatrick
Monday.
Mrs. Dora Henry and little Miss
Elizabeth Ann Ratcliff, daughter
