ceased) late of Cherokee Co. N. C.
this is to notify all persons having
any claim against the estate of the
said (deceased), to exhibit them to
the undersigned at Andrews, N. C.
on or before Aug. 31st, 1U38, and all,
persons or corporations who may be
in possession or claiming any title to
the following tracts of land are hereby
notified, that I, hold the legal title
to the same from the State of N. C.
and all who have not the title from
James Taylor (deceased) are required
by the land laws of N. C. arc
hereby notified to dispossess or recognize
the iegai owner, and any refusal
to comply with the notice will
be pleaded as a bar of any claim here
after.
