riage of their daughter, Bonnie
Ruth, to Warren Jay Mulinax of
Gastonia.
The Rev. Bruse B. Littleton, pas
tor of Calvary Baptist church of
South Gastonia, performed the
dougle ring candle light ceremony
at the church June 21, before an
altar decorated with pines, ferns
and white gladiolus, with the
candles coming down in a V shape
on both sides of the altar.
Geneva Adair, soloist, sang "I
Love You Truly" and "Because",
accompanied by Bill Medlin.
The bride wore a white suit and
carried a white prayer book top
ped with pink roses and blue del
phinium with streamers of blue
delphinium.
Bill Pearson served as best man
and Miss Pauline Buchanan as
maid of honor. Ushers were Bill
Holder and Buddy Sheppard.

for two weeks since her return
from an Atlanta hospital where
she underwent an operation a
month ago, returned to her home
Saturday and is recovering nicely.

Murphy hospital last week. He
returned Monday considerably
better. Mrs. Berty Joe Ford of
Andrews worked in the Topton
post office while he was away.

Pensacola. Fla., are here for the
summer. They rented Mrs. Geor
gia McLean s house. Mr. Zoellner
is a violinist and his wife is a pian
ist. They presented several num
bers at the Topton Baptist church
last Sunday.

ment at the Topton Baptist church
July 21. He preaches on the first
