P^icteas/ Baptist Circles Have Individual Meetings Tuesday Circles of the Baptist Woman's Missionary society held their meet ings Tuesday afternoon. The Fannie E. Ileck circle met I with Mrs. Will Ramsey, with Mrs. j C L. Shields, leader, in charge. The devotional was given by Mrs. | Ben Palmer, after which Mrs. B. B. C'ornwell led in prayer. Mrs. Shields gave an article en titled "How Sweepest Thou?", and Mrs. C'ornwell gave the topic, "I Visited a Prison." A business session followed, af ter which refreshments were serv ed to seven members present. Mrs. Paul Hyatt was hostess to the Mae Perry circle. Mrs Roy Cook, chairman, had charge of the program. Mrs. J. M. Ammons gave the devotional message, and Mrs. Lloyd Hendrix offered prayer. There was a discussion of a num ber of projects, the most important being the Mission Study book. Re ports from chairmen were heard, and a short business session was held. Mrs. Allen Howell, who has re cently moved to the country, was presented a gift from the circle. Mrs. Hyatt served a delicious salad course during the social hour which followed. Nineteen mem bers and one visitor were present The Lottie Moon circle held its meeting with Mrs Cecil Monteith and Mrs. J. B. Hall as co-hostess. Mrs. Cloe Moore, chairman, op ened the meeting with prayer and presided over the business session. Mrs. J. V Hall gave the Bible study and prayer. Mrs. E. F. Arnold discussed the topic. "European Baptists": Mrs. W A. Paper gave the topic. "In Southern Baptist Mission Lands"; W. Davidson. Mrs R S. Bault. Mrs. Hamilton. Mrs. Donley, Mrs. R. I). Chandler. Mrs. J. L. Savage. Mrs. Rae Moore, and Miss Addie Mae Cooke. Mrs. Donley, president, welcom ed the following new members: Mrs. W. A. Hoover. Mrs. Hazel Woods, and Mrs. George Plonk.
