Dried Fruits
Are Going To
School Lunches
Approximately 1.750.000 pounds
of dried fruits will be distributed
by the North Carolina Department
of Agriculture to school lunch
rooms and eligible institutions in
the State. Jay 1* Davis, marketing
specialist of the Department, has
announced.

Notice is hereby given that a
special stock law election has been
called for the following district
and territory in Hot House Town
ship. Cherokee County, North
Carolina, to-wit:
The extreme South West corner (
of Hot House Township being an ,
area bounded on the South by |
Georgia-North Carolina State Line,
on the West by Tennessee-North '
Carolina State Line; and on all |
other sides by the present stock j
law boundary in Hot House Town

voting precinct and all the terri
