Boy Scout Troop Has Meeting By W. A. SIIKRRIM . The Boy Scouts of Troop 2 met for a regular meeting in the rec reation Hall at seven o'clock Tues day evening. The meeting was opened with the salute to the flag, the Scout cath and laws and Scout motto and slogan, led by Senior Patrol Leader Billy Penny. Immediately after the opening the roll was called and announce ments were made. Avery Means, field executive from Asheville led the troop in stunts and songs. Bobby Penny then told a short skit Mr. Means made a short talk and the meeting , was closed with the singing of j Taps. There were about twenty mem j bers present.
