The following recipe should make a hit with your family: Mushroom Lima Bean Ramekins 1 4-oz. can slicked mushrooms 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce '?j cup diced celery 1 No. 2 can lima beans 2 tablespoons butter 1 ; cup diced pimientos * tablespoons flour 3 hard-cooked eggs '?j tablespoon salt cup butter ed coarse crumbs lash pepper Drain liquid from mushrooms, saving it to go Into sauce. Brown mushrooms and celery in butter, stir in the flour and let it brown ! htly. Add seasonings, mushroom liquid and liquid from beans. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Combine with mush j rooms, beans, and pimientos. Cut I up the eggs and add to the mix | ture. Put into buttered individual | dishes, top with crumbs, bake about 20 minutes in 375 oven, or until browned. Will serve eight Vegetables l.xonnaise I 2 medium size onions salt I tablespoons butter pepper I 1 No. 2 can peas 2 table spoons chopped parsley 1 No. 2 can whole kernel corn, or 12-oz size vacuum pack can Cut onions into thin slices, sepa rate into rings and saute in but ter. Add the liquid drained from vegetables and let .simmer until it is reduced to about one-half ' cup. Add peas and corn. Season ( to suit taste.
