Gives Fire Scare
W. \I Pain of Murphy was in
Atlanta on the 15th and was in the
midst of the confusion related be
lowed :
"A misdirected drink of water
brought every piece of firefight
ing equipment in downtown Atlan
ta last night, and threw almost
everyone in a dither at mammoth
Grady hospital. Investigation re
vealed that an ambulance driver,
bending over a drinking fountain,
got his drink in the eye instead of
his mouth, reached for a towel,
but pulled a fire alarm box in
stead."

He and Mr. Morris became friends
in Holland last summer, when the
latter was en route to the Baptist
World Alliance.
Dr Jansma was born on April
SO. 1 909. in Oostellingwerf. Hol
land. He was educated in the pub
lic schools of Holland, and at the
Baptist Theological Seminary in
Hamburg. Germany. He entered
the ministry in 1933 For ten years
he was pastor of a rural church in
northeastern Holland In 1943 he
became pastor of the Baptist
Church in Haarlem. Holland
1'nder his leadership the church

Baptists are growing so rapidly

which he is now serving.
