Packaging Materials For Freezing Fresh foods, properly packaged and frozen, come from the freezer just as good as when frozen. Home freezing, however, is not so simple that rules can be disregarded. One of the most important of these is the use of proper packaging ma terial. All packaging material must bo moisture-vapor-proof. It must be of a type that will not absorb grease, oil, water, blood, or im part any flavor to food. Packaging material should also be durable, easy to fill, handle, and seal. Special packaging material has been developed for the safe keep ing of frozen foods. Suitable ma terials for home freezing include cylindrical w a x e d containers, round waxed cups, square or rec tangular waxed cartons, moi>ture proof bags, moisture-proof cello phane. pliofilm, latex b;u<. anil metal foils CI lass jars and tin cans are completely vapor proof J FOR SALE We Carry A Full Line JOIINS-MANVILLE ROOFING Asphalt and Asbestos Shingles Roll Roofing Asbestos and Brick Mding H ESTERS' Al TO ASSO.
