Millions of American families during these days of high living costs are in danger of being under-nourished, warns the National Dairy Council, because housewives are buying according to prices and not according to food values. They stay within budgets but may jeopardize family health. So here, says the Dairy Council, is its "Guide to Good Eating" ? a safe and sound nutritional guide, on which the council on foods and nutrition of the American Med ical Association sets its seal of acceptance. Eat these foods daily to get the basic nutritional requirements of your body, and then eat whatever other foods you want to give you that satisfied feeling.
