( pportunity to travel over the I states. She left Murphy on Febru j ary 5. and has only recently re turned. Mrs. Frankenfield's travels of 8.000 miles included the following places: St. Petersburg. Fla.; Mo bile. Ala ; New Orleans. La.. San Antonia and El Paso. Texas; Juarez. Mexico: Phoenix. Arizonia; Los Angles and San Francisco. Calif.; Washington, Oregon; Butte. Montana North Dakota. Minne sota. Chicago. 111., Cinncinati. Ohio and Knoxville. One of the most interesting inci dents that happened on her trip. . reports Mrs. Frankenfield. was when a herd of cattle blocked the Greyhound bus on which she was ' riding on a Phoenix, Arizonia highway. The cattle were finally rounded up by cowboys. She was in Portland Oregon in the flood area while it was under water and it was reported later that bridges washed out only six hours after she passed over it. B. W. f. Studies Rural Churches "The Rural Church and IU Needs" was the subject of the program of the Businesa Women's circle of the Baptist W. M. S. Monday evening in the home of Mrs. Rae Moore, with Mrs. Walter Coleman as joint hostess. Discussing tne subject were: Mrs. Joe Hamilton. Mrs. Uoyd Hendrix. and Miss Addie Mae Cooke. Miss Patricia Hicks led the singing of the hymns. Mrs. Moore and Mrs. Coleman served sandwiches and a drink.
