Mrs. Martha Dreher is publicity chair man. Each club member will be asked to participate in this cam paign. Miss Daisy Young, supervisor. Western District of the Children's Home Society, spoke to the group on the work of the Society. She stressed the fact that the organiza tion always has been supported by voluntary contributions and has been limited by operating on a relatively small budget. The time ha-, come when it must be ade quately supported, she said, if it is to meet the need that is greater now than at any time in the past. Mrs. George Maunev, county school attendance officer spoke to the group on the pressing need "or a tonsil clinic here. She sug eested that the members take this as a project. The president is to appoint a committee to investigate the possibilities for having such a j clinic.
