Mrs. James Ferebee served as hostess to the group. Mrs. William Hall led the program entitled, "Olve us this Da/ Our Dolly Bread." Andrews members attending are Marks Hudson, Jerry Recce, Eliz abeth Waldroup, Doris Standridge, Margaret Marr, Sarah Clark, Mar jorle Hicks, Janice King, Anne the acripture was read by Miss Ruth Hal man. A poster showing the significance of the acripture verses was used in connection with their reading. Miss Hallman led the group in prayer. Mrs. Hall introduced the topic which was de signed to help each one appreci ate the soil and all Its products as God-given blessings which one should use as a good steward. Mrs. Glenn Love, Miss Fannie Buckner, Mrs. John Grieshamer, Mrs. Sam Cover. Mrs. Jack Raxter. and Miss Martha Jane Rogers as sisted Miss Hallman in presenting the program. The convention gets under way at four o'clock Friday afternoon with a get-acquainted party at the George Vanderbllt Hotel, conven tion headquarters. The highlight -t the evening will be a talent show at the city auditorium put on by various clubs throughout the state. Sponsors will attend a breakfast at the George Vanderbilt on Saturday and hold a business ses sion. High School principals will meet with state officials at a luncheon. At two o'clock the con vention will come together in a general session at the city auditor ium to elect state officers. The climax of the convention lowed by a formal ball in the city auditorium.
