Roper Suffers
Shoulder Injury
Odell Roper of Swannanoa suf
fered shoulder injuries and other
injuries when his 1946 Buick went
out of control on the Junaluska
Road Saturday evening.
The car traveled about 180 yards
after first leaving the highway,
striking a utility pole, several
trees and bushes and the rock wall
bordering the property of Miss
Mattie Bates. The car was badly
damaged
Mr Roper is a patient in the
Rodda-Van Gorder Hospital
P. O. Box 1388, Raleigh.
