action, I will, on Wednesday, the
17th day of June, 1953, at 12 o'

in Cherokee County, State of North
Carolina, adjoining the lands of
John Dockery Heirs. Carl Gentry,
and others, and bounded as follows,

Hanging Dog Creek on the lower
or West bank of the road as origi
nally located, being west of the
road as now located, and in the B.
F. Lovingood line (now Carl Gen
try) and runs with the bank of the
road leading from Grandview to
Unaka in a South direction to
where it strikes the Creek; then
cross the road with the line of a
lot of land conveyed to J. W. Lovin
good by J W. Patton and the top
of a ridge a North East direction
to the top of the main ridge to a
stake in the B. F. Lovingood line
(now Cai-l Gentry); then with said
line a Westerly direction to the Be
ginning. And being the land des
cribed in a deed from D. W. De
weese and M. E. Deweese to O. C.
Davis, and registered in the Office
of the Registerof Deeds for Chero
kee County in Book No. 29-65. at
page 336, to which reference is
hereby made for a more complete
description of said land.
ALSO another tract or lot of
land adjoining the above described
tract, BEGINNING on a stone on
the East or Northeast margin of
the road as originally located, "and
runs N. 48 E. 209 feet to a stone;
then S. 45 E. 209 feet to a stone;
then S. 48 W. 209 feet to a small
double White Oak on the bank of
the road; then with the road to the
Beginning, containing one aare,
more or less. Being the lot of land
conveyed by deed from J. W. Pat
ton to J. W. Lovingood, Register
ed in Book 19-48 at page 219 to

Stella V. Harris.
At Martin's Creek, 4-H Club
members presented a program at
Belview Methodist Church.

High School 4-H junior leader, di
rected the program, witty the theme
