Mr. Frailer snowed three films on safety in the home, at the - school, and on the street, giving pertinent facts concerning h maris encountered by the children. Mrs. Margaret C. Watry presid ed and recognized the past presi dents of the local association. The Rev. Vitolds Goblns, pastor o t the St. Andrews Lutheran Church ? brought the devotional message from the Psalm. A special feature of the program was a group of songs' including "Last Mile of the way" by Mrs. j McDowell, teacher of the Negro school. She is expected to return to church soon. It was reported that Mrs. Freeman misses being at church. . i Mrs. Curtis Dies Near Hayesville Mrs. Frank Curtis, 78, died at S p. m. Wednesday, Feb. 1(. in the home of a son, John near Hayes ville after a long illness. Funeral services were held at the Sweetwater Baptist Church at 10 a. m. Friday. Burial waa in the church cemetery.
